Grabbed a ‘damaged’ sealed copy (only a dinged corner on the sleeve, vinyl was fine) on eBay for $18. Quite a steal for such a great record. Great separation as said before with ‘Jerry to the left of me, Dawg to the right’. I’d put this, my $2 Gilded Palace of Sin and $15 JD Crowe Live in Japan as my best all time random cheap finds.

Really nice to have. Crisp and what RSD should be about. Not only a fan of KoB but also JG and DG. So glad I was able to pick one up.

This release is first rate all the way. Mixed and mastered in a super engaging, lifelike way. I the CD sounding wonderful too but this is a really good pressing. It may get pressed again but dawg doesn’t seem to push a lot of his stuff out on vinyl so I’d grab this while you can at a decent price.

Edited one year agoNice flat and whisper quiet pressing. Can't say it sounds a ton better then the CD but nice to have this on wax. The separation between the speakers with Jerry on the left and Dave on the right is magical.

Edited one year agoBlown away by how good this sounds. Comparable to the MoFi pressings of their other albums. Stunning. Clean pressing in rice paper sleeves.
Edit: pressed at Furnace (FRP in deadwax; Furnace Record Press), exceptional quality. US partnership with Pallas.
