It’s a decent pressing. Nice packaging and the pink looks good. After a wet wash, my copy is not scratchy. The mastering is ok. I was hoping for more presence, especially in the bass. Not bad, just not great.

After the first listen, it’s pretty clear that this is one of their best.. the pink vinyl is also cool as fck. X

Edited 2 years agoNice packaging, my daughter is fan of the baby pink color. I am fan of the record. In my opinion the best Afghan Whigs album in years and this pressing is 100 times better than Greg Dulli's last solo record on clear vinyl.
-
My favorite Whigs album was a three-way rumble dependent on mood, between Gentlemen, Black Love and 1965. Appropriately, How Do You Burn has made it a foursome.
-
I have the pink vinyl and there seems to be something wrong with the mix / mastering on side 2. The volume dips considerably after for Take Me There to the end of In Flames (the last 3 tracks). I asked my wife did she turn the volume down it's that noticeable. It's like the volume has been turned down by 50%! Pretty annoying. Anyone else have this issue? Love this album.

Band keeps getting better and better. How many bands going for this long, last three albums better than first 3? Can’t think of any other examples.

Great sound on this one, totally different, I dig it! Someone add the Barnes and Noble version signed by Dulli!
