I bought this the day it arrived at the record store I worked at in 1985. It was red with green die cut, which I still own. At the time it was rumoured that the reason it was released in the die cut sleeve was because the original cover had a photo of Sammy Davis Jr with a corn on the cob sticking in his eye. Apparently Sammy Davis Jr and/or his estate did not approve. I don't know if this was true. But that was the story back then.
