Minor point but my CD version (German pressed bought mid/late 90s IIRC) is a pale red colour rather than the ubiquitous light khaki green that all other European CD versions seem to be.
-
I bought this tape in 94 and convinced myself to like it. Its crowd friendly pop punk and easy to digest when you're 19. Looking back, this album is bratty cornball stuff but thats what people like.

DON’T BUY THIS PRESSING. UNLESS YOU CARE ABOUT BLACK VINYL AND ERNIE.
The US 94 pink vinyl used the exact same metalwork, I confirmed with my friend who has a first black press, same deadwax info and handwriting, it’s a third of the price. -
Having just shelled out a ridiculous amount of $ for this first pressing, comparing it to the "Because Sound Matters" pressing that gets so much hate, and I can safely say:
There is no comparison. They sound like two different records. This pressing sounds how I it first sounding when I was ten years old. That's an amazing feeling. It was well worth the $. -
I have one of these first editions still in selophane wrapping and played once in 1994 and not since. Lyric sheet etc and in first plastic since day it was brought home. Mint. Any ideas on value?

Edited 4 years agoMy copy come with a big size poster complete cover artwork, and inside cover have a green day triangle sticker with the writing '' and hand numbered 319. Any advise about that?!
-
I went through 3 different releases and listened to them right after each other. I found this original release to sound the best by far. The other two were later reissues.
