The "white" label picture is obviously a normal record with worn out labeld and a promo stamp.
For sure not an original promo release. -
As mentioned in the other posts here, RCA Caanda received the stampers from RCA UK. The K in the runout grooves/deadwax is for Kevin Metcaff who was a mastering engineer ar RCA UK between 1973 to 1975. The above LP link to "K" is incorrect. It links to an RCA Canada mastering engineer, Kevin Fuller. Maybe someone could correct that.

This music has been recorded at Studio Hérouville that was famous for the exceptionnal sound quality to count on. Several british musicians delivered great music between those walls. -

My copy has RCA VICTOR S RS 1003 (APLI-0214) . Record label states made in Canada . I can’t seem to find my copy on the list. -

Wow what a mastering and pressing masterpiece great cover songs from Bowie's past artists that he ired and this is yet another Dynaflex pressing that holds up well over time. -

To get most burning questions out of the way; flat, yes. Clean, yes. Centered, yes, Silent, yes. And it comes in a nice poly lined sleeve.
Even if the sonic benefits of half speed mastering are debatable, they typically result in better sounding records. May it be the extra time the mastering engineer gets or the actual process or just the extra effort allowed.
This record sounds great. Insert here your favorite metaphors regarding detail, sound stage and dynamics.
I have no other version of this release to compare to, but it's among the best sounding records I own.
