Dose anyone know about a ( I guess) bootleg pressing with lasered runouts. APL 10576A-1E on A and APL 10576-B-4E on B? Also the Labels are in a really dark shade of orange without "stereo" next to side 1/2 text and "bewitched" beneath "Future legend". Sleeve Looks exactly Like https://discogs.librosgratis.biz/release/375621-Bowie-Diamond-Dogs , just with really muddy coulour-printing, especially noticable with small texts (one of the reasons I guess its a bootleg). Any ideas?

The vinyl I used was in a pretty good condition, but definitely some wear and tear. Very different mix then when I listened on Spotify recently. Saturation and vocal fx are super nice.

As deadwax is scripted first pressing very clean well preserved copy plenty of life and sparkle.
Very quiet vinyl pressing indeed ...
I paid $60 for this copy 3 years ago if I knew would've been this good I would've paid up big time.
Extremely rare album to find nm in the wild just simply doesn't happen 💙❤️ -
My version is made in England, has orange RCA Victor labels, hand etched matrix numbers and doesn't list Bewitched on side A. The only version I can find without Bewitched is a first pressing, but this one's matrix numbers don't quite match. It's ARL1-0576A 1oly A2R (or possibly A2K, but pretty sure R is right) on side A, side B is ARL1-0576B 1oly A2F. Can anyone shed any light? Don't want to go around boasting of a first pressing if it's not...

I have a 1974 RCA Victor printed in USA (L1-0576) with gatefold cover and BLACK RCA labels. I can't find it in the versions listed here. Can anyone help?

Amazing sound. Very clear. Sometimes I wonder why they remaster stuff like these. It sounds good as it is. So amazing.

Edited one year agoA Hollywood pressing sold with a Diamond Dogs dog tag under the shrink. I wonder if anyone knows about this promotional offering? Were other fan club items also sold with new Diamond Dogs records?

Bought myself a US RCA orange dynaflex instead of the 45th Anniversary red reissue. The artwork of the Parlophone wasn’t as nice as the RCA when I compared the two at the record shop and were similar in price. Can’t compare how they sound, but I know I won’t be needing another copy as the RCA is flawless and has great balance of bass, mids, highs with massive soundstage. The artwork is perfect as well. The Parlophone has blurrier artwork, which just looks like a bad scan of an original.
