The "white" label picture is obviously a normal record with worn out labeld and a promo stamp.
For sure not an original promo release.

For my opinion this is the counterfeit picture sleeve :

this is a counterfeit speech from peruvian seller located in who wants to buy many of these rare editions, out of discogs. Obviously, this is an original promo cover and he knows it.

A great peruvian collector wrote these lines years ago about this; over 3 years ago he said.:
"I have a big friend who worked in old music peruvian industries or vinyl factories.
he told me that these promo editions are original and very rare, because were pressed in no more than 100 copies, for promoting various records inside the country . For that reason, I believe that it's almost impossible to get these items nowadays.

Honestly, I know many of these promo items because I have seen many of these titles with different sleeves when I got the opportunity to travel to Ayacucho and Huanuco state, many years ago, and I felt a big pleasure to watch items as promotional records from "El Virrey" and "Discos Hispanos" with different sleeves, Iron Maiden-El Soldado 7" record with picture sleeve, and also the 2 records of Kraftwerk with Picture Sleeve; even I saw others that doesn't appear here on Discogs . Of course, now I regret of not buying these records in those years :(

Finally, I know also that 2 or 3 peruvian record sellers from that age in 80's (I assume that they are the actual sellers) bought the whole promo peruvian staff. this is the info that I have and I share with all the of this forum.
hope that my message has help to clarify this topic."

          Partially Unofficial.
Vinyl is original but picture sleeve seems counterfeit. Printing layout does not match that of Peruvian 70's style:
          - Misuse and overuse of capital letters
          - Unnecessary printing and unusual positioning of "HECHO EN PERU" (Made in Peru) again in capitals, possibly to lure collectors. All Peruvian records are usually identified by the manufacturing company on the label or sometimes by the small print "Industria Peruana" also on labels.
          - This record was possibly released in Peru with a plain and generic promo sleeve with no information whatsoever about the album itself.
