I have this album on the original Jamaican Upsetter label but in the Island design sleeve lithographed in Jamaica by Stephensons.
It also says Manufactured & Distributed by Federal and has their trademark butterfly printed on the backside of the sleeve..
I have seen this issue only once. -

This the best mix of the album - the EQ on the Island mix is horrible, quite noticable in the way the female vocals have been made very trebly and screechy. You will only realise this when you listen to the original mix - it was a revelation when I first heard it when I was lucky enough to track down an original copy. Island also messed up the tracklisting; the original running order makes much more sense, it is more intense and brooding.
