If you continue to have bad experiences with the Asthmatic Kitty pressings of this album (my US copy's side 1 sounds atrocious), and you find this Rough Trade copy for a good price, then pounce at the opportunity. My copy sounds phenomenal and quashes the shit sandwich sound that plagues my US copy.

Funny, I've got the Superman cover from Rough Trade with Superman but with the Astm.Kitty first edition records...ordered from the US.

I ed AKR on Reddit, and asked them specifics. The album with Superman was basically never sold. It was ed out to family and friends of the label. The balloon stickers were added and very few if any were sold without the balloon stickers. Most of the Superman cover albums you see being sold have had the sticker removed. Even if you had preordered the album, there were stickers.

On my copy, a sticker with excerpts from reviews hides "Supes".
