Runout info:
- Large "G" etched in runouts indicates this is a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Carrollton, GA pressing.
- DMM is etched on at least one side
- 666 (sometimes looks like BBB) etching on Side A is arranged in a triangle (one character on top of two)
- The “B” in "BICK" etching found on Side A of some variants is actually a "D" with a loop added on top of it
- Locked runout groove on Side B
- Locked runout groove on Side A

Catalog number is printed as FC 40238 on the spine and as C 40238 on the disc labels.
