This is not a HOT pressing BUT since its a japanese one, you can turn up the volume with no risk of distortion. Very precise, from the lows to the highs. If Physical Graffiti is know for not being a punchy drum sound, you would be suprise with some songs, like The Rover, In My Time Of Dying and The Wanton Song.

Is there any difference in audio quality between this press and the limited edition Japan press of the same year?

Holy Toledo this record! I knew this album was great but this is version sounds like the band is in my living room. Great power but emphasises their dynamics with like I've never heard before. Grab one if you come across a clean copy

This recording sounds amazing! Very powerful bass, but at the same time there is a lot details in a the guitar and drum sound. Perhaps this is my best record.

Unbelievable sounding! Guitars çut, clear full drums, great stereo imaging. One of my best sounding records, highly recommended!

Edited 6 years agoCrystal clear across the board, great tone, quiet vinyl. A very involving listen that draws you into the music. Some may prefer more emphasis on the bass but there is great clarity on the drums.
