Blip blip bloop bloop blip blip whiney echoey reverb-laden falsetto moan-chant with maybe a word or two blip blip boop boop. Perhaps revolutionary at the time, but frankly not music that one yearns to sit down and listen to on a Wednesday afternoon. Kinda bleak. Difficult to hum. I do prefer other RH albums, even the “ipad replaces guitars” ones. This pressing sounds pretty nice. Is well balanced, clear and quiet vinyl. So you can hear the bleeps and bloops clearly without artifact distraction.

One of my favorite Radiohead albums, regardless of the group think about this one.. Eminently listenable, with great flow from one song to the next. As for the vinyl quality, my copy is excellent--dead-silent wax plays flawlessly on my system. A sonic joy.

Edited 9 months agoI just hear static the whole time... very unhappy with this pressing. mine has made in czech republic on back. I love this album and was excited to listen to it but the static bugs me so much. The second half of the album has less static. I thought since my XL Moon shaped Pool pressing was so good this one would be similar

Edited one year agoThis pressing is Phenomenal! It’s the 5th Radiohead LP I bought (almost there in getting all 9), and the best way to describe this one is « immersive ». The mastering on this feels like you’re literally in the music. Quiet pressing and no pops or clicks. This isn’t my favourite Radiohead album by all means, but this pressing makes me want to listen to it over and over again. As well, it doesn’t say on the packaging, but this definitely feels like 180g.

Probably the best Radiohead pressing I own. Very deep and impressive sound coming from this, looks like I got lucky!

Such fantastic music. Side A sounds superb. The record came with a warp that primarily affected Side B; there was much more surface noise on that side of the record. While it has the same runoffs, my copy did not include a card and has a Made in Czech Republic sticker on the back cover. Perhaps a new pressing?

Pressing seems inconsistent with some minor pops that maybe cleared up with a deep clean. Mine has Made in Czech Republic Sticker on rear sleeve
