This pressing (and maybe others idk) has a different version of simple times to digital platforms. The organ-like synth that normally comes in when Kacey starts singing now starts halfway through the intro.

My first copy from hmv (red) had a weird mark across the last 2 tracks on side a. Replacement sounds scratchy on last track on A too. Will test again this morning but tempted to just get the normal version

Mine had these white scuffs on side a, so I exchanged it for a different one in store and that one did too, it wasn’t until we opened the 3rd one that it seems to be okay? Seems to be a manufacturing error but other than that the songs that aren’t scuffed sound great!!

Given how flimsy/thin and most importantly crammed this record is (8!! songs on side A), it sounds surprisingly good, barely a crackle. Even A8 sounds decent. I am very pleasantly surprised!
