Ended up having to return this because it sounded so bad. There were bits of different colour vinyl embedded in the record that kept causing the needles to move out of the groove. The songs on the album are great but I think I’ll just listen to this on cd

simply, THE taylor swift album. she never got me like she did on this one. there are some strange pops going on at the end of track 5 but nothing that overpowers the music. art

Mine is pretty good, but Exile does have a moment where it has multiple clicks in a short time which I really dislike. And Exile's one of my fav songs :(

The B-side on my copy sounds awful, lots of static in the beginning of My Tears Ricochet and then constant pops and fuzzy vocals. I do like to hold her up to the sunlight to see the shimmer, which is very subtle…

My copy is so bad in sound quality that I believe this record was manufactured 100 years ago.

First copy was muddy and distorted throughout, awful stuff. Got a replacement which has what looks like the very common distortion on Exile - sounds like a typical inner groove track, really, although no reason it should with such a short side. Probably the best I'm going to get, it's still a pain given the price though.

Of course. I bought this before I read all the comments below ! However, I seem to be one of the lucky ones as this sounds great. Gave it a good cleaning through my ProJek cleaner, rinsing it 3 or 4 times so I dunno - maybe that helped 🤷‍♂️.
But yeah no problems here thankfully. Clear and rich aounding. No pops or whooshes or other noises that shouldn’t be there.
And my deck is nothing special. A Technics SL1500C with an Ortofon Blue
