Deeper sound and less sibilant than the 2020 repress we compared it with (Ortofon 2M Blue). Light surface noise between tracks. -
I found this for $14 in a second hand bin. Was surprised to see it pressed in 45 RPM. I saw lots of comments here about surface noise and warping but decided to try it anyway. My copy has a slight warp only noticeable when the record is spinning, definitely not audible. I do hear some popping/surface noise (albeit pretty quiet), but I didn’t clean the record before playing so I may try that to see if there’s any improvement. The music itself sounds very good. I wouldn’t say the surface noise is too distracting. But I definitely wouldn’t pay more than 15-20 dollars for this pressing. -

Probably the worst pressing I've ever purchased. Sounds like it was taped underneath a Roomba and did a few trips around the house. Crackly, tons of surface noise, just a generally garbage vinyl. Phoebe Bridgers and poor vinyl pressings are starting to become synonymous with one another. -
Received this from Amazon Australia yesterday as a replacement for a European copy that had slight noise in the last seconds of track 6. This pressing is absolutely full of surface noise on all tracks. In particular, track 6 has nearly a minute of rotational clicks making the song unlistenable. I carefully cleaned with Groove Washer and a carbon fibre brush before and after that. Avoid this pressing at all costs.

I bought this in April of 2021 from Newbury Comics online and it is a beautiful, clean copy. Dead flat, clear and warm sounding. -

Ordered this album along with Lucy’s Historian and a pre-order of Julien’s newest in February 2021. Sounds amazing. A few tiny pops but none very noticeable. No warping. Plays completely fine
