The VERY BEST version of this album. It’s one of the best pressings I have period. It’s not often you get a vinyl that sounds virtually perfect, and I wasn’t expecting Stranger in the Alps of all things to sound that good on vinyl. I can’t even listen to into CD or digitally anymore without wanting to throw this on the turntable instead.

Off center. Bad pops. Crackle. Snap. I own 100 new records and this is worst pressing. Bought 2 copies and they both suck.

Wow. Took this home from the shop today to see what everyone is talking about with Phoebe Bridgers. Threw it on and I’m in awe…first of all, this pressing is wonderfully done. The highs are very clear and bright, the mid range is exquisite and the low end is perfect , not too muddy or full. Her voice is center stage but it does not cover the music behind it. She is actually very phenomenal. Her lyrics and her voice are strangely addictive. I love her sound. It’s so sad, so perfect. I’m not sure how often I will want to listen to this record, but I am sure that I want it in my collection. A great pick up, for whatever genre you’re into.

Get it while its hot! -
small amount of surface noise however i don’t mind it, feel like it adds to the experience! great record, 10/10 album for sure

Nice, thick vinyl. There are some unexplicable bumps and dents which are visible under the right ligt, but they aren't noticable during playback. There is some noticable wow on 'Would You Rather' and 'You Missed My Heart'. Some crackling and pops all over the record. The inner sleeve is quite rough, so I replaced it with a plastic-lined one. All in all a decent pressing.

Edited 3 years agoThere is some slight surface noise for me but it honestly is not distracting at all and apart from it the record sounds great!!

Both sides were very much crackly and poppy. Kind of ruinning the experience tbh. Listenable for sure tho.
