My favorite Tatsuro Yamashita album. The sound staging is very... Spacy... If you will. Well done mixing. Side B is heaven. Removing a star for some very slight background noise throughout the record (new), though might go away with a deep clean.

Personally, the added song explanations and commentary in the notes add so much value to these represses for me. It's really nice to read while listening through the songs. I find him very honest and likeable, thank you Tatsu!

Great pressing. No clicks or pops. Just pure pleasure to your ears.

In my opinion, his best release artistically. His later releases didn't possess the same musicianship and feel. The ion and soul, and musicality flows through the entire album, almost ethereal. Also thanks to the incredible session musicians and mastering by Tohru Koetsu, one of the best Japanese cutting engineer.

An ultimate testament for any systems as well. On a mediocre system it will sound thin, dry and harsh. In fact, it's one of the best sounding records in my collection. Transparent, detailed, with incredible dynamics and stereo separation. You can even hear the hiss from the analog tape!

            Music: 5/5 (Masterpiece)
            Sound: 5/5 (Masterpiece)
            Sleeve: 4.5/5 (Beautiful)

Fantastic sounding. Quality package. A very quiet play, too! Happy to have this and Tatsuro's other recent reissues.

This is such a one of a kind record.
You can say that about any vinyl but this one just feels so surreal to hold. The print quality of the artwork and text is great. The OBI is quite a thin piece of paper, I thought it was plastic at first.

For the vinyl it’s thin but has such great dynamics. Deep and punchy, tatsuro’s voice is really able to shine on this.
This record is truly SPACY, 5/5

LOVE SPACE is one of the best songs ever recorded. This whole album front to back is such a trip, it really felt like tatsuro was trying to prove himself here.
                DANCER is crazy good lol

Record sounds fantastic. Tatsuro had some really great production. Very bumpy and punchy, clean and loud vocals. A spacy soundstage. Such a great album, an easy 5/5

This sounds absolutely wonderful. The original must be mind blowing to top this because I'm thoroughly impressed with this reissue. Highly recommend everyone pick this up

This is by far the best sounding version of this album. It just needs to be listened with a proper CD player or with Deemphasis applied if listening to ripped FLAC files. The remasters are very compressed with no dynamics.
Total DR score of this CD: DR14

This is an album with Peter Sato's jacket design and Minako Yoshida's spun lyrics give off a colorful glitter.
I recommend the medium funk of A3, which is a song based on the longing for Chicago Soul.
