Can anyone confirm if this pressing is particularly good, rather than being white vinyl? I haven't found the DMM releases to be that great. Please advise! I already have the original Sire US pressing, a black DMM pressing, and a copy of the BMG reissue.

CD2-6, The Soldier's Return (The Return Of The Radical Radcliffe Mix), has a mastering defect. There is a distinct buzzing throughout the first 20 seconds of the song. This buzzing is not present on other pressings of this track.

Nice pressing. Very quiet on soft tracks and in between tracks. Great bottom end that the original Sire LP did not have. "Hideaway" and "Don't Dance" stand out as the go to system demo tracks for me.
This would be great as a two LP pressing with the bonus tracks from the deluxe CD edition.

After reading the comments on here I slapped the 2016 issues that I have on the turntable to see if mine were bad too. I have all the original issues of the vinyl from when they were released in the 80's and the 30th Ann issues that I have sound super great. I wonder if they did two sets of pressings as the ones I have in the the US are pristine with no surface noise and great audio.

In the Hall of the Mountain King must be the worst thing Vince Clarke has ever done. The rest of the album was fine for it's time.

Really bad transfer. Have 2 copies of this 2016 vinyl reissue and both bad. Apart from the appalling sound on all tracks the song "Sexuality" is at the wrong pitch. If you have pitch control on your turntable adjust it to + 03.4 for this song. Wonderland and the Innocents vinyl reissues in this 2016 campaign also dire.
