Wow, this record sounds incredible! No surface noise either that I could detect. So happy to finally have a copy of this in my collection!! -
One of my favourite albums - she covers Canadian songwriters, some of which like Siberry and Sexsmith, are seldom heard outside of Canada. The sound is excellent and her cover of The Valley absolutely stunning. -

Incredible album, and the production is near perfect, though her vocals definitely suffer from some IGD.
She covers Canadian artists here, like Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen and others, always to a gorgeous result. I can't listen to Joni Mitchell at all (annoying to me) , but k.d shows how stunning a song A Case Of You actually is.
And her version of Hallelujah is perfection, and no other version compares other than Leonard doing it live.
