Released in an outer sleeve with tracklisting and some credits, and an inner sleeve with lyrics and lead vocal credits on one side, and complete credits on the other side.
In the runout matrix no.s, "Made in ", "204666 A-2" and "204666 B-2" are stamped (all other characters are hand-etched); "Made in " on both sides has a series of "x"s hand-etched over the top of it.
Released in a "Collectors Cover - Limited Edition", with the golden Egyptian eye on the cover printed in a raised mottled gold. There is also a sticker on the cover which reads "DIGITALLY RECORDED".
