Edited 3 years agoBought orange one yesterday on Nada Surf show at Stereolux (Nantes). Signed by whole band. So happy ! pity that the LP Proximity Effect which was on sale was not autographed
-
Everyone saying they got a yellow press are in the wrong variant, uk got yellow and U.S. got orange there is actually a difference!
-
Perfect 90’s alt rock/grunge album. Great vocal hooks, lyrics and guitar riffs. About every song is better than the hit.

My copy is definitely orange, not yellow. Props to VMP for using QRP for this pressing -- it's dead quiet and dynamic, the remaster is fantastic. Archival inner sleeve is a huge bonus. Pick this up if you can -- it's still available from VMP on their website at retail.

If you want to buy it, check the Nada Surf webshop. I did and got it delivered in Europe within 5 days.

Edited 9 years agoMine's yellow but I can see how people would think its orange. Its a really good pressing and sounds great. Too bad the music on the album is...eh.
And yes, if VMP is reading...QRP sleeves!! -
Who cares what exact color it is haha? It is a really fantastic sounding pressing whether you got orange or yellow. And yes, huge props on using a QRP inner sleeve. Why more records aren't put in static free, archival quality inners these days baffles me.
