Edited one year agoSounds ok. Nothing mind blowing. Doesn’t sound like one of the better masterings mofi has done. It’s ok. If you can get it at normal prices and you’re a big fan I’d get it. You’ll be let down though if you pay anything above retail when you hear it. To be fair I’m guessing it wasn’t recorded well. AP did the Doors catalogue and those sound incredible. This sounds nothing like those though.

meh i dont know its not bad but its not great, is it better than an og? this is a greatest hits comp so your not working with mastertapes, your working with dubs from dubs, so this mofi isnt bad

I think the sound of this record is fantastic and it is definitely quiet, however all 4 sides of my records were off centre. Had this been a 33rpm release I think it would have ruined it, but thankfully being 45rpm helped mask it. Mobile Fidelity are definitely slipping in my estimations, as there have been issues with several releases I own now.
