Released in 1989...the HoF song is actually called "1988 (Time for a War in)"...not 1998...UrgeOverKilldozer is a melding of the two bands covering the Black Sabbath song that Black Sabbath covered on their first LP...the one they replaced on the US release with "Wicked World"...perhaps both bands were showing us why they thought this was a good move, in their own special way... :)
