Original Los Angeles, CA Mono Pressing of the LP with four deleted tracks which was ultimately destroyed. Only found In the standard album sleeve with the revised track selection.
Reportedly only pressed in Los Angeles, CA, in very limited numbers. All known pressings come in and Album Cover made by Imperial Paper Box Corp., indicated by the small #6 on the bottom right corner of the back cover.
Album Cover, both sides, as well as both labels on the LP, do not indicated the Deleted Tracks, yet the Deadwax indicates the Coveted Machine Stamped Matrix Numbers, "o XLP-58717-1A" & "o XLP-58718-1A" respectively, and plays the Withdrawn Tracks:
