    This has got to be mine, but I have:
    side A runout: o XSM-58719-3L
    side B runout: o XSM-58720-2G

    I also swear it says "HI" in the runout opposite the matrix on side 1, but that doesn't appear to be stamped so it must just be an odd scratch.

      More info about Columbia inner sleeves. As you can see in this article, from 1963 - 1967 they used only a clear plastic inner sleeve, with a rounded bottom on it.

        The sleeve in question in the release photos here is circa 1968. The inner sleeve pictured is wrong- as one other person commented, it shows albums released as late as 1968/69. In fact, all Columbia releases between 1963 and 1967 came with a clear plastic inner sleeve only.
