Edited 5 months agoI've had my copy since it released in 2014. It was purchased brand new at the time as a gift for me. At the time of this review, I will have owned it for nearly 11 years. I've played it on all sorts of turntables in that time, and now I finally have one that's decent quality, I can confirm this is such a good pressing. It sounds absolutely excellent, even on my well used copy. It's also presented really nicely in the gatefold cover.
For those who said their copy skips: clean it thoroughly with a record cleaning brush. The bass is heavy on this album, and as such, is sensitive to any deviations in the grooves caused by debris etc. When I first dragged my copy out for the first time in years to play on my new setup, it did skip. That's because it was full of 10 years of dust. I never used to clean my records back then. But as soon as I cleaned the record with a brush a few times it was flawless all the way through. I brush my records and the stylus every time I play them now, so my dusty copy gets considerably cleaner each time. Now it's the best it's sounded since it was new! -
This one is a solid re-pressing version, the bass is so mean and pounds heavily on all tracks, and the overall sound of the album is crisp and vivid. My particular copy has Side A and Side D a little off center so the tonearm sways back and forth but not a major issue, apart from that, the copy is pristine. -
Edited 2 years agoI'll parrot the others and say this is a fantastic pressing. On a decent setup this plays and sounds really good. Don't buy it at the current price though. -
Sounds amazing. Good all around sound. Ortofon (unforgiving) LVB black cart and this album is butter underneath it -
Edited 3 years agoI bought mint in shrink wrap and the pressing is solid. Plays perfectly on my PLX 1000- Ortofone Concorde DJ cart MK2.

Was also hesitant like other customers but this edition is fantastic ! No warp, no pops ou skipping titles. All is perfect and the sound is incredible ! Maybe check the "Printed in EU" to pick the right edition but for me, there's nothing else to say that this edition is amazing. Hope it will help. -
