Golden age of ambient electronica? Some of us might think so this is a golden nugget. Urban soundscapes intertwined warmly into a collage of pulses, pads and peacefulness. Polar Sequences was a brilliant chilly nord wind driven collaborative and the follow-up is just as brilliant or supersedes depending whether you like the more beat oriented vibe. 2000 was about the turning point for this listener for progressively interesting ambient electronica. A good 10-15 starting in 90 the scene was chugging full on and the amount of great and not so great electronica made itself known to our curious ears. Biospheres 90s material I highly regard as his pinnacle but this collab is up there a bright light at the musical tunnels end!
