Edited 11 years agoSame synth patterns, same plain electronic lines. Unfortunately there's no progression for VNV's sound.
At least there was a super track ("Nova") on their previous work. Only "Teleconnect 2" comes a bit close to this level. "Retaliate", opening track and "Everything" are nice. And that's all.
Not a bad album, but not something special as well. I was expecting something more "prog" (even "more experimental") and more inspired, but it seems that it's more than enough for VNV being the "PSB of EBM".
