Weird release.
Very cool to behold these previously unheard songwriting demos -- some of which are for songs that became hits and classics...but it's odd that Pomus is listed as the main artist. Almost all the tunes are Doc Pomus/Mort Shulman collaborations, and despite the fact that Pomus was an accomplished blues vocalist, pretty much all the lead vocals are by Shulman. Attributing this project entirely to Pomus seems a bit disingenuous.
