Edited 4 months agoAll good except the stupid sticker location! c'mon! could be other place.. and good luck if u try to peel off
-
It’s shares place with “Terraform” as the least gripping Shellac release, but it’s a swan song and valuable beyond that. I wonder about the insistence on PET given Mr. Albini’s snide remarks about soy ink and the worship of “our holy Earth Mother.”

Awesome pressing as you would expect from a Shellac record. And a great album. RIP Steve, you never let us down.
-
This is the exact sound I want from a Shellac vinyl. Powerful, dry and crystal clear... Highly recommended... Then the album is beautiful as well as the artwork
-
Even without Steve's shameless promotional stunt (dying 10 days before release), I think this could be regarded as one of their best efforts. It's Shellac of North America at the top of their game. Doing what they do best and doing it perfectly. I love the shorter songs. I love how fun it is. I love their performances. I love how good it sounds. Someone else here said this is an updated At Action Park and I tend to agree. They inadvertently knocked it out of the park with their swan song album. This is because they gave every album 100%. If Terraform or 1KHz or EIG or DI had been their last I would be saying the same thing.

Great, powerful record. Excellent work. I really like the pressing without the center label.
R.I.P. Steve -
Just got this directly from the UK Secretly store for £25 (plus £5 shipping). No need to buy from the greedy scalpers. Albini would not have approved! Amazing pressing, very, very quiet, one of the best vinyl purchases Ive made recently in of quality. The music is phenomenal as well, one of Shellac's best records IMO.

This has been reprinted. Don’t pay over $30. Just be patient.
Flat. Quiet. Punchy. PET sounds great to me. -
Finally found one in a local store, paid $30, it sounds fucking fantastic. A couple of pops, big whoop, it's vinyl. The silences are very silent. But who am I kidding, if you want this you want it, and you should get one, you'll enjoy it.
