This vinyl is gorgeous! The mastering is flawless. I can do it with a Broken Heart is such a bop and Down Bad is my song! Bravo to Taylor swift for spending 5 weeks at #1.
-
sounds fantastic! absolutely no noise on my copy, extremely clear and bright. the bolter is such a great closing track and a real standout, reminds me of an evermore song.
and what a gorgeous pressing! it’s a nice beige in indoor light, almost pink in natural daylight, and a gorgeous marbled orangey brown when you hold it up close to light. the book gatefold is brilliant and so beautiful and high quality as well. very well put together release, but a real pain in the ass getting it into an outer sleeve lmao -
Sounded great front to back, no issues at all - though I will echo that the discs were static as hell! Didn't stick to my mat but sure were tricky to get out of the sleeves. My discs are also on the pinker side which is nice! So glad I waited to hear all the bonus tracks before grabbing my copy, I'd never have ordered this one based off cover/colour but I adore The Bolter so much (though The Albatross and The Black Dog are so close behind!)
-
this is easily my favorite record packaging from taylor! it seems like every single detail had been meticulously thought through to make the design of this variant so stunning! the book is beautiful, the pressing is gorgeous with and without light hitting it, the bolter is such a good song (love black dog and albatross too), plus this pressing smelling like a new book is phenomenal. an absolute must have!

There is a Version that was made in listed on here which was only available for a short time to order from the european webstore, pressed in beige (parchment colour vinyl) which has different matrix/runouts
-
Is this variant pressing a bit random? On social media people are getting so many different shades of the beige..
