Reviews

Musically, this album shows the early genius of Tatsuro Yamashita. You get hints of styles that he fleshes out to great degree/effect in later albums. Overall a wonderful album and worth having in the collection.
The instrumentals and staging on this album are top notch. While the vocals aren't as crisp as on some of the later albums in the RCA years represses, that's to be expected for the first album from 1976. Very little noise - even quieter than my Time to Ride repress. A technically impressive remaster of this album. -
Incredible sound. Wide and deep soundstage. So much space around each instrument. Will Lee’s bass jumps out of the speakers and sounds like his amp is in the room. A true audiophile pressing.

Wide open soundstage, beautiful highs and dead quiet. Crisp beautiful packaging following suit with all the other reissues. An essential , underrated chapter in his discography.
