Dudé durante mucho tiempo debido a las pocas críticas que encontré -la mayoría recomendando evitarlo-, pero finalmente lo compré y... Para mí suena bien, un poco de distorsión al final del lado A quizás, de ahí en adelante sin problemas, buen peso, buen sonido y funda de calidad (eso sí, es lamentable que le hayan puesto una funda interna de papel, por eso 4 estrellas)

Edited 2 years agoWith its hollow drumsound and use of Fairlight, the lp may have sounded advanced in 1985 (probably pressed on wobly 120 mg vinyl). The cd-version was pushed more forward by Columbia in these days. This reissue stays close to the original (no, they didn't hire Giles Martin to make it sound like a loudness-drunk CD on a turntable). The cover is lovely with that Japanese look and OBI. It's presented with care and I'm happy with this copy of what is by far not Miles' best, but still an enjoyable record. -
As a record shop owner that has been waiting years for this period of Mike’s work to be release, why on earth did Sony issue a license to Get On Down. We are sending the entire shipment back. Plus the other titles. Decoy. The man with The Horn, we want Miles. All super noisy with non fill and appalling surface noise. All evaluated on a high end DS Audio 003 cartridge.
Shockingly poor label with evidently, no QA in place. Miles deserves way better
