Edited 2 years agoGreat album. I've been avoiding all walmart pressings of albums lately and it has paid off. My copy of this pressing sounds great, and has almost zero surface noise.

Edited 2 years agoKinda disappointed on this one. On some parts, mainly side A lots of crackling on the higher tones. Even after cleaning the records and housing them in poly lined inner sleeves.

Just about every copy I have come across in New Zealand is warped.
Pressing issue I suspect as in no QC at factory.
Edit two months later - have found a copy in NZ with minimal warp. Still not great but able.
Records absolutely filthy tho. Cardboard sleeves leaving plenty of fine grit to clean off. Dirtiest new LP I’ve ever purchased.
All of that aside this is a magnificent album. Their best work by far. Great social commentary and clever lyrics combined with Brett’s stellar voice!! -
My copy has a lot of crackling, cleaned and it didn't help. Love the album, but that is sort of annoying.

49 minutes long and it's a double album? Are you kidding me?
So basically 12 minutes per side. I have many single albums with a longer playing time and they were put in one LP.
Other than that the music is great. I believe the best music Shinedown had put out in quite some time.
