Thought I had a cool 45 turns out to be a fake, tollie is spelt out all in the same font, I love this site for its knowledge.

According to Billboard: chart entry on April 11, 1964.
According to Wikipedia: US release on April 27, 1964.
Just curious... what was the Billboard chart entry based on in the first three weeks? It cannot be from sales of an unreleased single...
a. airplay of import copies?
b. sales of import copies?
c. airplay of import album version? (LMD was not featured on any US album back then)
I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
