Edited one year agoWell, after the raving reviews (on the page of the sister pressing), I honestly expected a bit more. It smokes my Japanese Pressing, though. It is not perfect to my ears (I assume the US first press is still better; I don't have it, as well as the recent AP 45rpm), but it is definitely my best-sounding copy so far.
I wouldn`t describe it as particularly "clean sounding (as Meisterbommel did beneath), but the bass is better than on my other OG versions. Overall it provides a decent presentation, but I yet have to find a vinyl version that bests the best digital versions... (which is a rare case, indeed..).
It's a great LP, nevertheless. I paid under 20 bucks, so fine with it. Almost forgot: the pressing itself is indeed exceptionally good! -
Very good pressing. Perfect highs and crisp basses. High dynamics and clear sound. I am very satisfied.
