Folks might wish to know that MOFI mis-placed the track markers a bit on this one, so if you do direct track access or program the order you might mis a bit at the start or get something extra at the end of tracks. If you just play the disc through, it's not a problem.

Edited one year agoThis Queen release was the first Mobile Fidelity CD in their catalogue that was only treated to the Ultradisc II process. Prior to this there were many releases that came out both as Ultradisc (typically printed in Japan) AND as Ultradisc II (typically printed in the US) even though sonically they proved to be essentially identical. Also, this release originally came out in a long box version since this was still during the time that record stores were struggling with how to display CDs in their record bins.

Superb dynamic range. Lead guitar sounds loud and clear like it should be, and vocals sound clear. Acoustics of the drums sounds authentic. This CD sounds very close to "live".
