Crappy recording with a bad tape.
Why are there no quality control on cassettes? I dont just buy it for the gimmick. I can ignore the fact that there arent any dolby noise reduction since it is a thing of the past but at least make sure you dont release spoilt tapes. Totally disappointed. Initially aiming for a vinyl but was alarmed once I see no cover and a transparent sleeve with clear vinyl. If you do not want to release a good vinyl and cassette, dont release it. Just go with spotify. If a fan is willing to go out and buy a physical media, please dont do such crap.
Secondly is the printing quality of the artwork. Is this a high school project? A homemade mixed tape can look much better.
Alarming! Simply worth a dollar in the discount bin.

The cassette sounds quite good - although I've heard better sounding cassettes (e.g. Madonna's Madame X and Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia). What is really terrible is the blurry artwork - everything is blurry: the photo on the front, the writing in the inlay, even the letters printed on the cassette. How can this happen with a major release like this?
The album itself is fun to listen to - although Dua Lipa certainly wins the battle.
