This is a fantastic pressing, very little surface noise, just a great dynamic sound full of rich tones. Looks great on white vinyl and the album artwork is cool, as for the music itself, one of my favourite Doves albums, so it gets played a lot. -
Got my version of this with a lyric insert, but with about half the songs on the album (Some Cities, Black and White Town, Snowden, The Storm, Shadows of Salford, and Ambition). Has anyone else experienced the same with their copy?

Yep...excellent pressing and fantastic album. Double white vinyl,lyric sheet and card. Highly recommended. Number 1422. -
Great pressing. Dynamic rich sound on a flat white vinyl. I met Jez and Andy recently and got it signed so dead happy either way but the vinyl being a good one just adds to the awesomeness of this release . Surface noise is there but quiet. -
Not dead quiet, but fairly excellent pressing!!! Very happy with this! So good likely won’t be pursuing the original pressing -
My copy sound P H E N O M E N A L. This reissue sures my best expectations.
PD: The vinyl is so thick/sturdy that got through on both ends " ←O→ " of the nice printed inner sleeves. Got the same issue on The Last Broadcast repress. Rough shipping maybe? don't really care. 100% Recommended . -
Edited 5 years agoBeautiful pressing EXCEPT I've got some intermittent right channel pops/crackle during the last 30 seconds of Side C & D. And I've got the same issue on side A & B of both Lost Souls and The Last Broadcast. Frustrating since the other discs in all three cases are perfect. And the dynamics on these pressings are unreal. -
Does anyone know how limited this "limited edition" is? I can't find info on how many runs in this or the other two reissues.
