Got this for free from thesoundofvinyl, sealed with Urban Outfitters hype sticker and all! I noticed some crackles and pops here and there but overall surface noise is actually quite minimal, and the sound quality is definitely great. Would recommend!

I got a lot of surface noise on mine even after cleaning. Its awesome however for $26CAD tho, especially with the orange vinyl

Sadly, clicks and pops aplenty, even after a cleaning. Did not include code even though other collectors below suggest they got one.

The pressing is great (no pops or distorcions) and the sound quality is AMAZING. The excess of bass in some songs are proposal and it makes my subwoofer almost jumps (in a good way). Definitely not an LP made for Crosleys s. It will skip like crazy on this cheap turntables.

My copy sounds terrible on side B - side A is great. I finally broke down the other day and bought the standard "apricot" US pressing and both sides sound amazing on that. Thankfully, I bought this UO copy on sale for only $9 so not too much thrown away.

Edited 5 years agoSide B has pops and ticks all over it. I'll take it back and see you another copy sounds and I'll update my review. Overall, it does sound pretty decent but in the silence points it's just too noticeable for me, personally to handle. Definitely not copper.
Edit: My 2nd copy was much better. Crisis averted. -
Excellent version. Translucent orange disc (copper? um, NO). Urban Outfitters release, made in Canada. I have a decent turntable, speakers and sub, have listened to the digital version a ton of times, and this sounds rich. The bass is not obnoxious and the production doesn't sound muddy. It sounds exactly like it should. Very glad I didn't buy the glow in the dark version. No scratching on mine, and UO does a great job of shipping in a double box.

Edited 5 years agoLove the mastering on this. It's not copper, it's orange. But it came with a code (a nice bonus) and it sounds great. I'm using a 2M Red and it sounds miles and away better than the digital version. The bass, in particular, is sublime.
Edit: on a re-listen, there is a bit of surface noise at high levels so probably not a 5-star pressing. But still very happy with it.
