Some of the tracks in this compilation are different versions from the original 12'' ep's from '91 and '92. "Hardhead (Frothin' At The Mouth Mix)" and "Pulse State (831 AM Mix)" have different beginnings, "Zip Code (Stress Ball Mix)", "Calcium (Elemental Mix)", "Space Virus" and "Shrink" are shorter edits, "I'm Not Gonna Let You Do It" by Mental Cube here is a completely different version compared to the original from the '92 12" ep. The track "Owl" by Indo Tribe originally contained MC-voice sample on three occasions in the track on the 12"EP record, which later disappeared from the song in the '92 "Earthbeat" compilation re-release, and the same version without those voice samples is released again here in this compilation. Compiling all four original ep's together would exceed 80 minutes of total playing time, which could be one possible reason for releasing re-edits and remixes of some of the tracks and not all the actual originals, although there is always the option with a double-CD compilation too.
