The instrumental on this sounds like it could've been any Italo-disco classic. Secret essential.

One of the greatest classics of the break dance era, ‘Street Dance’ influenced a whole generation bringing musical and street dance culture to the mainstream, played all over the World. The single, produced by Jacques Morali, has an original version with the well known vocals, and also an instrumental one. The original was video recorded at the streets of New York, with the amazing steps of Lindsay Blake, Lindell Blake and Cortex Jordan. This track remains as one of the most important old school breaks of the history. The break dance movement influenced a large amount of kids during the eighties, as well as some of the current well known Techno, House, electro, hip hop, Drum & Bass and breaks DJs of the international scene.
