A double-disc effort that ranks as one of the best experimental techno releases of the '90s.
There are grooves and tempos included, but the attempt at creating psycho-acoustic space is the main concept here. Main problem: it's tuneless and fails to communicate a point to the listener. One nice thing is that the album's packaging is better than the bad 90s sci-fi-television image used for Dead Cities.
