Major Lazer – Peace Is The Mission

Fun album and the pressing is great. More words needed.

Listening now. Doesn't seem to sound too bad. Maybe a little surface noise but overall not too distracting.

Like the other reviews have stated, the sound quality is very low on this pressing.

I should have read these comments before purchasing, won't make that mistake again. With new vinyl releases, I've had some issues before with harsh vocals and unbalanced mastering, but this is the worst I've encountered so far. The vocals have a lisp and all the high tones are harsh to the ear. I even tried playing it on repeat 10x per side to see if I could wear it in a bit to help mellow it out, but it sounds exactly the same. I ed a copy on FLAC and it sounds much better. Avoid this release.

Awesome pink

I dont think the vocals are harsh but this pressing doesn't sound right at all. Somethings wrong when the album sounds better on spotify. I actually had to double check that I hadn't been listening to a remixed album on spotify when I first listened to the record. A lot of elements are drasticly toned down and almost missing. I love the album, but not the pressing.

Track one vocals are severely harsh on my vinyl. Something is wrong. All of the songs sound a little harsh. I have to return this album.
