It's a blast, it's magical, oblique and awkward and technically brilliant at the same time. It's just what he does, in case you ever saw him live you know what I mean. Usually I don't recommend mixed sets published on vinyl, but this is worth it (side A is with C, B with D so you can actually put it on chronologically). And yes, you'll be hearing sounds uncommon to the 'western' ear, if I may say so. -

Just looking for a CD on its own without the artwork. My copy is scratched and I wanna replace it without paying extra for the cover. -

This is the best DJ mix I've ever heard. It resides rent-free in my subconscious. I never tire of revisiting it. -

This is one of the best dj mixes I've ever heard. Seamles, mixing multiple tracks and fantastic, unique selection. -

Discovered DJ Krush through a friend's recommendation back around 2001 and this album still deserves a spin in 2020. Lazy and hazy at times, sharp and unnerving at others, but always grooving. -

This mix is really dope, very creative. I was afraid it would be stark, clangy and aggressive because of when it came out (2000), and it does have a little of that borderline dark industrial vibe here and there, but overall it's still very much in the same kind of dubby chillout and drum-focused groove as DJ Krush's earlier material on Ninja Tune. -

A great mix! It rips off with a groovy song called Jingle Jangle, then thumps into the track Back To The Essence. It's mixed perfectly and good songs were used. The entire mix isn't really high-quality though, that is, crystal clear sounding, but I like that because it adds a personality to this mix. The last three songs are totally insane, very well done.
