battery studios became battery in 84'.. so someones wrong.. Previously it was called morgan studios which is where I suspect it was recorded.. it was a complex of studios(4) which became power plant and battery... I worked there in 86/7

The other U.S. pressing does not have this killer 122 track, only on this pressing..... Don't know why people are paying more for that, but i gave mine away! -

Classic! Highly sampled 122 BPM is a must for those owning 2 tables and a mixer.
Other tracks have cool opportunities. Let the rhythm take you places. -

Oddly enough, the classic '122 B.P.M.' Bambaataa cover break in fact spins at 125 B.P.M. But like who cares, CLASS electro... Legendary track for those in the know. Check the other cuts for beats & breaks & some cool atmospheres... Bar the Soft Cell cover- Should've left that one on the cutting room floor ;-) -

122 BPM is based on the drum track of Afrika Bambaataa & The Soul Sonic Force's Planet Rock.
Ultimately a DJ Tool. And what a great tool it is, especially with two copies. Very basic and minimal. However, whilst most would probably yawn. I could stick this groove on at high volume and listen to it or any variation of it over and over and it'll take me a very long time before I started getting bored or suffering from any related ADHD symptoms! Rather this than any minimal house / glitch crap!
