Notes

Talk is the fourteenth studio album released in 1994. It is their first release with an independent label after having been distributed the length of their career thus far with Atlantic Records and Arista Records. Talk is also the last Yes recording with Tony Kaye on keyboards and Trevor Rabin on guitars, keyboards and vocals. Pop artist Peter Max created the artwork for the album.

The concert on CD 3 and 4 is fantastic, but of poor quality. A presenter of one of the Polish radio stations was at a concert of this tour at the Greek Theater and has an official CD from it, which could have been had by those who were at this concert. Why wasn't this concert taken for release???

Very happy with this pressing. Mine is quiet and sounds fantastic. Vinyl is pure white without any red marbling on either disc.

Disk 1 sounds great disk 2 has scratches across both sides and surface noise. Awaiting replacement disk from Cherry Red.

Issue seems to be wider than my copy, going on reviews on Amazon UK

Well now. This 30th anniversary pressing sounds really rather splendid. I have only ever streamed this until now. It's maybe a little on the brash side, but that's a minor grumble given the wonderful instrument and vocal separation. The white vinyl looks great. So pleased I now have this in my collection. Which means I have all the "good" Yes albums on vinyl.
