      Reviewing every record in my collection;

      The sound quality is the standard of a maxi-single EP, some moments it sounds really good, others just Okay. I guess some of the mixes (like the Black Dog Mixes) sound "Muddy" un purpose. It feels Like each song was differently sourced from other maxi singles, hence the varying sound quality of them, instead of an equal mastering of all songs.

      I originally bought this EP because of the Human Behavior remix which I absolutely LOVE, easily one of the best mixes I've ever heard. The other mixes on Side A are good too. One Day (Endorphin mix) is a really good, chill out mix. And the Black Dog mix of Come To Me is quite good but I wish it sounded clearer than it does.

      Onto side B, the Come To Me (Sabres of Paradise) is a good downtempo mix, but then, dear goodness, The Anchor Song mix is just Unbearable, absolutely hideous; it's repetitive, makes the original song even more ugly than it already was (cause yeah, I don't even like the original) and I guess it's just here cause they had to put it somewhere. Thankfully, the EP closes with a beautiful Sabres of Paradise mix of One Day that's really good, sounds amazing and transports you to another realm.

      All in all, a worth owning EP if you find it for a good price. It's big variety of sounds and mixes makes it a good listening every once in a while and, excluding the previously mentioned Anchor Song remix, all make a nice experience.

        What a way to absolutely botch a classic like Human Behavior. It's not that the mix is even more dreadful than the pathetic album title, it's downright dissonant in a bad way. As in, "I failed in music class" bad.

          Wins the vote for the most patronising album title ever. I prefer Telegram anyway.

            There are two different versions of this. One without the barcode, and this has a shiny deep black sleeve which is slightly ribbed. And the one with the barcode which is grey and flat matte, The difference being that the non-barcode was produced for export… then what happens is that some of the export copies are diverted to UK stores, due to unexpected demand.

              One Day (Springs Eternal Mix) Is 1 of a kind beauty remix! Maybe the best from this Compilation! Isn't it taking Björk Voice into an other dimension? One Day (Endorphin Mix) Is a wonder of Downtempo! I think it is the combination of remixes that makes this record a bit "heavy" to listen to, but the variety of it makes it a perfect intro to Björk early remixes!!!

                On paper it sounds like this should be an all-time classic EP filled with cutting edge IDM/techno remixes of the great Bjork, but it's instead a kind of dreary, gloomy ambient/experimental release with nothing that really compliments her voice that much. Bjork is about as electronic as mainstream singers get, so you'd think she'd go great with these British techno legends, but unfortunately, not really. The classic Underworld mix of Human Behavior is of course worth a spin if you've never heard it before, but the Black Dog mixes leave a lot to be desired, and even the Sabres mixes don't really go anywhere or take her voice to new dimensions. Out of a random surge of nostalgia I tracked this down recently and right before buying it, I listened to the digital copy I have, and realized why I never sought it out originally. To each their own of course. But while this seems like a record every Bjork, Black Dog, or Sabres fan should have in their collection, the reality is you will probably not replay it very often.

                  A Quirky little EP of remixes that I initially did not really get into for some reason 15 years ago when I first bought it. It was in a cardboard sleeve and without realizing it, it faded into my collection, other CD's stacked on top basically hiding it from me. I have learned life is funny though when it comes to music, though. Sometimes you can listen to something and not be that into it, but for whatever reason you hold onto it. Years go by, 1,000 experiences and crazy interactions with people and you yourself are growing and changing, and you come back to that same music and it's suddenly mind-blowing, you can't why you weren't that into it at first, and it's now right on time for you. That was this EP. It's funny because it's only a remix collection, but I wasn't really into it at first. But moods changed for me and it's much more palatable. Bjork was/is so ahead of her time in so many ways. Just prolific. One Day Springs Eternal Mix is great to relax to.

                    Ironic thing about this release, despite that little "purpose-of" statement on the cover, none of these mixes were *ever* on white labels!
