Agree with OldRusty. Busted this out after listening to the 2011 reissue on CD recently, but this LP sounds absolutely perfect. Still under 10 bucks. Complete bargain.

I got this record for 4 euros in a VG condition and I'm really happy, there are almost no static and when there are background noises, they are barely noticeable. The cover is really sturdy and the overall quality is very good

This label wasn't used on CBS records until '74, according to label variants guides. Likely this is a 74-79, first label variant repress.

This is the best version of this LP that I`ve owned,mind you the other one is a OG that`s a VG-VG+ but doesn`t match up to this.
Side A is outstanding for the lowly price brand new,"Bridge Over Troubled Water" sounds sooo bad on my original that it`s almost unplayable.On this copy you can appreciate the track as a musical piece from the 70`s more."Keep The Customer Satisfied" WILL blow you away it`s FANTASTIC. I could go on side B just carries on from the 1st side will the same "high quality sound reproduction" throughout.

My copy IS flat with no real intrusive surface noise fits the spindle well and is centered correctly too. As for it being "coloured vinyl" because it`s not BLACK and those who have pointed this out as they are looking down their noses at it well - BLACK VINYL RECORDS ARE COLOURED(Shock Horror),get over yourselves. Let me just add this is one of the quietest reissues I`ve purchased in recent years!

Conclusion:
If you want to own and play this classic on vinyl because you may(or may not)believe this to be the best format,then you won`t go far wrong with this reissue,highly recommended five (easy) stars*****

Does anyone know what year this specific pressing came out?

The title track of this record sounds particularly bad and muffled, which is quite disappointing. While some other tracks fare slightly better, the overall sound quality leaves much to be desired. It's unclear whether the issue lies with the original recording or this specific copy. The music itself is fantastic, but it defeats the purpose of releasing a 180g vinyl if it ends up sounding like this. Unfortunately, this release falls short of expectations.

Great early pressing with wonderful sound. My copy also has a light card stock reinforcement included, who else has this as well?

Very good pressing. Sounds superb on a good system. Given how cheap this can be bought for (easily under $50), I recommend it highly.

and for once same track order as the US release 🙃😉

Did anyone in the UK find a decent copy? I tried 2 and both had pressing issues (too many clicks/pops and a small scratch that also affected play).
