I’m not sure why, but my cover is white like what’s shown here, though it’s on a 7 inch sleeve. -
Only around 70-80 of these exist. It was supposed to be an edition of 100, but the band only had 100 pieces of oversized stock, and quite a few of the silkscreened sleeves were messed up in printing (I have an unfolded one used as a People’s Court set list).
